P.S. Anyone know how much a new tensioner costs? Never had any problems with my belts luckily. I did shim my idler pulley so the belt sits in the middle of the pulley.

I just checked my pulley and while its not directly in the center and close to the edge, its still fully on the pulley. But I wonder if this is the reason why a few have had to rebuild the pulley - maybe its putting tension on the bearings with the belt not being directly in the center of the pulley.
I started hearing a noise the past few days, it comes and goes, but I'm wondering if its the pulley.
