There's always ways to finance what you want, but I really strongly advise against it. What if you pop the motor? I spent 5k on the turbo and even more than that in supporting modifications. Finish up school, get a good job, get a 401k, some property, a rainy day fund, THEN start looking at toys.

Also, keep in mind, the turbo is definitely not legal in Orange County. I'm in California and run one, but there's an additional cost you'll need to keep in mind (thousand or two, unless you are good with a wrench) if you ever want to sell the car or need to smog it.
