So, I bought NTSC compliant mode and operate correctly as I believe that HU operates upon this standard, notwithstanding we run on PAL here in Europe.
By the way the camera you link is fitting:
View angel:170 Degree
TV System:NTSC
and it's OK, but it's not so nice to see.
Anyway you must plug the power cord and RCA wire inside (beside) trunk panel, so you must anyway remove trunk fascia.
