100 percent possible. The 3rd battery in the system feeds a max of 20a to the 2 that are wired in series and dump to the turbo.
Under street driving conditions apparently it is VERY hard to deplete the batteries because you cant go WOT all the time. By the time you have space again the batteries have gained juice.
This is good for over 2 minutes of continues use at max load.
