Car beeps when using keyless entry

Hi,
2012 BRZ Limited. Key fob battery is good.

The driver's side door lock doesn't work when either pressed with the key fob or when the button on the inside door is pressed.

Next time I take it out, I'll take a picture of it. The mount that says Filzer, just unbolts and I bolt up the quick release mount.

It collects leaves and stuff but I clear it out once in a while. I installed when I had an oil cooler. I didn't want rocks punching holes in it.

I cut it to fit and used very small black zip ties...
