Mine also did this, and my dealer said it was due to my AC compressor kicking in/out. I was not impressed with this response as the car should not "almost stall" in idle, regardless of the compressor...

Mine had this problem and took it in to have them "blow out" the taillight with compressed air to dry it, then re-sealed...
