Toyota already said there will be no turbo offered. I think it'll be a supercharger instead. Less engineering involved and a relatively easy upgrade from the dealer.

yea i figured it helps "push the wheels out" creating more space within the envelope of the car. Older cars had crazy space under the fenders.

I like step lipped wheels which aren't really high...
