I'd recommend buying low mileage used PP...

I'd recommend buying low mileage used PP suspension (Sachs and springs) and then looking at new BBK kits as buying the Brembo PP kits new will be more expensive. The Brembo GT kits are a good option...

I'd recommend the Killer B oil pick up tube and the Greddy oil pan baffle.

As for the hood vents, I think the ones from Verus Engineering are best.

I have no personal experience with the sports pad. I kind of gave up on StopTech pads after having too many customers with issues.

Never been a fan of the StopTech street...

Never been a fan of the StopTech street performance pads.....they tend to leave pad deposits on the rotor.

The newer Hawk HPS 5.0 is a good "performance street" pad that I think would accomplish...

Stomachbuzz yes, there should be zero preload on your sway bars. Any preload and the sway bar will act like additional spring rate......like a massive progressive rate spring.
