Is it even possible to get into 1st gear going anything over 5 mph? I thought there was a shift lockout.

I assume that Toytota would reimburse the dealer for all labor and materials, so why wouldn't they want to do an oil change to pad their bottom line?

I'm going to call City Toyota again tomorrow...
