Basically any vinyl will work great for that, but I can vouch for Oracal 651. I'd recommend getting a plastic razor blade for pulling up the edge when you are done.

Most tire shops will charge you for a TPMS kit, which includes new O-ring, and battery. I had mine done recently so I can see if they put a PN on my invoice.

I have the crossclimate 2s on my car (OEM size). No real snow yet this year, but overall they are good tires so far, a little floaty feeling, but very capable in Dry/Wet from 20F to 80F.

I use ISC Surface Guard Tape on the front/bottom...

I use ISC Surface Guard Tape on the front/bottom surface of my bumper. If you scrape bad enough it will get pulled off, but gives pretty good overall protection.

The SPC Arms are supposed to be able to correct +/- 2 degrees. The aluminum ones (lots of people that make them) provide more adjustability, but at a higher price.

If you have somewhere out you can safely do some hard stops, then coast around for a while you can get them to quiet down way sooner. But they will always make noise for the first few stops each day.
