Technically, it is not allowed, but I seriously doubt you would get pulled over for it. If anything, a "by the book" inspection station will fail you. So just take it off before your inspection.

That's ridiculous. You can rent the parking lot at NHMS for $750 + insurance. For drifting, that runs about $550 a day. NHMS is 1/2 the price. I suspect if you skip the instructor you could save...
