Agreed, 72.5 is my favorite. Keeps the max power up high but still starts to pick up around 3k.
Didn't have nearly as much fun with the 69 because the power band seems to promptly plateau at 5k.

My motor loves to knock in the 3000s at 0.3 - 0.45 g/rev (medium load)

I'm having a great time on 72.5 with 92 octane. Couldn't speak for 70, but tried 69 and it didn't feel as fast.

It's because they don't work. Just save your money and get a turbo or PD supercharger
