Hey good news guys! It appears the tires aren't rubbing at all! The culprit is a small (1/4 of a small finger fingernail) plastic tab from the rear bumper. Its sanded out now so no contact whatsoever...

I was wrong... I seem to be slightly rubbing on the outside of the wheels as confirmed by marks on the wheels. Cant be too much as i neither hear or feel it and must be when i go over dips at speed....
