Another thing you can consider is picking up someone's stock suspension for dirt cheap and swap that back during the winter. It's cheap if you can do the work yourself minus twice a year alignments.

I've autocrossed the car and change the oil about every 6k miles or so, and I get zero oil consumption. Way better than my stupid '08 Accord V6. That thing drinks oil.

You can always flash back to stock before taking your car in to be safe. Plus, i doubt they'll be looking at your ECU unless there was some ECU reflash update.
