OEM footwell lighting problem

For some reason, the driver's side footwell light (red LED option) stopped working on my '15 BRZ, but the passenger side one still works. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Torquing the Mutekis down to 89 ft-lbs created a lot of new metal on the lugs. Lugs were already installed. Maybe it's me, maybe I got a bad set, but I'll still order different lug nuts next...

I have 17x9s with mpss 245/40/r17s. Tire fit the rims well, but I did need spacers up front to prevent rubbing on the suspension. Love the setup, noticeably better grip.
