You are absolutely right that you should let an engine warm up before driving aggressively, or at all, but the oil is actually the opposite. The BRZ/FRS asks for a 0w-20 oil, according the owners...

I am pretty sure the "Duratec" motors are rebadged MZR Motors, not the other way around...Just like the "Zetec" motors were rebadged Mazda B motors. I think it is Ford who would be dead without it's...
