Update, it appears that my overpipe hitting the subframe was triggering the knock sensor. Advance multiplier has been at 1.00 for a couple of days vs before i simple drive to work (about 20 minutes)...

I have a flex fuel kit so it should be correcting it right? Im currently sitting at 80%. Sorry i should have clarified that.
Should i send a cruising log? Or a stop and go log?

I did that. Got a good reading. Might be dumb but does it matter which way power is flowing? Because i have a green wire and a white and i measure power from the green and nothing on the white.

I replaced them with the 9005XV Sylvania...

I replaced them with the 9005XV Sylvania Xtravision Bulbs. The old bulbs did not appear to be blown, the filaments were still connected but the bulbs were black. Not sure when they went out the car...
