It's very much dependent on how wide the tires are, and the offset/width of the wheels. Mud flaps help, the OEM mud flaps would be sufficient to prevent the majority of dirt and stones.

Also since it's your buddy, ask to try one wheel if you want to be really sure. Best to put it in the front, that's where most of the clearance issues...

I'd be more concerned about whether or not the JR oil cooler will fit with a KW kit. The KW kit has trouble with most oil coolers given the proximity of the gear train for the supercharger.

If not then the +45 is not bad, I might still go with the +35 even still. There might be an ever so slight amount of poke at stock height...
