Just a quickie update -- all is still well with my orange twin. Had it on the dyno to test and touch up an updated VE model and did a few quick hits at WOT on E40 fuel and 10psi still makes 330whp...

I agree, there really is no need for an oil cooler with a proper setup. I found that once I recalibrated the improper OEM oil temp sensor calibration, I've never seen high oil temps.

I don't know what the "stock" pulley is. The one the kit came with originally was total junk and we swapped it out to the next step up one. I don't think I'd recommend anyone run the base pulley...

The car made 158whp/132-ish wtq tuned with the header. Numbers are accurate. My dyno reads on the lower end for these cars -- a stock 6MT dynos 148-150ish.

edit: I've never seen an untuned header...

It's not going to make a cent worth of a difference. I'm putting 23psi+ into the stock plastic one (and I'm sure others are doing more) and it's holding up fine.
