MY15 Subframe bolt clunking

Installed the new updated front subframe bolts, but now I'm starting to get some clunks when I go over certain bumps and occasionally when I press in the clutch. I can hear and feel metal is slapping...

I have. Actually quite easy on jackstands although you may want to have someone hold the header up for you from the top while you thread a couple nuts to hold it in place.
