You're out of the 3/36 but not the 5/60 warranty. Based on the codes it seems a ECM reprogramming is all it needs if all prerequisites are met. They could charge you for diag but not for the repair....

2015 FRS A/T. 500 Miles since new fuel pump installed, no crickets. I always fill up at the same Chevron. If you are still covered under 3/36 or 5/60 warranty just get it replaced.
