Mine is at 108k now and in the 90's things started to wear out. The clutch finally gave up the ghost at ~105 and now the rear hub bearings are crapping out and the plugs and serpentine belt probably...

So the shudder is gone and the gear whine is gone too but the other noise I was hearing is still there, turns out it's the hub bearings :(
