I think the housings are designed for a 921 bulb based on the size. A 7440 puts out a lot more light, so I'd assume you'll melt your housing with that.

Just an FYI, I've found some wrong wiring codes on that provided page. For example, the door lock triggers are wrong, as is the tach signal. Just a heads up for anyone planning on using it.
