I don't hear anything that sounds like a problem to me. I hear a distinct change in intake noise when the cams phase. I hear injectors. I do not hear abnormal valve train (i.e. mechanical) noise....

If you need a carb tune, you should investigate alternatives to KW. The JR guys, for instance, seem happier with their carb tune than the KW guys.

If you don't need a carb tune, don't buy one!
