I did the engine mounts at the same time but sold those locally. It definitely tightened up the slop in the stock mounts and improved the shifting in some situations. I went with sti for the lower...

Use a photo viewer and zoom. It's clear enough to tell it's not close to 10 psi at 3500 rpm.

The log does show RPM and MAP pressure. It's a run to redline so I can't imagine why it'd be at...

Looking at an Edelbrock log right now that shows ~5.5 psi of boost at 4000 rpm. Am I looking at bad data? https://www.delicioustuning.com/d-box_edelbrock_tune_package

This is a bit misleading since you didn't also mention it as a con for turbos. A properly sized turbo makes target boost at an earlier RPM than PD superchargers and present more danger to the rods. ...

Looking at just the charger unit, I'm a big fan of the Edelbrock/Harrop/Cosworth/etc. The TVS 1320 on the Edelbrock is the same blower core used for some OEM mass produced cars (e.g. Audi B8 S4).

Yes, looking for about $2500 in Atlanta area. I'll get the proper pics up soon in the classifieds.

Thinking about a few cars but probably an M3 or C63 AMG for the extra interior and trunk room.

I removed the kit this weekend and wanted to note that the catch can and lines on the PCV side were dry. Just another data point and YMMV. Only put about 4k miles on the kit, and it was trouble...

Then why did you ask me why they didn't make a 2800 lb Supra if it's so easy? I already said even the BRZ wouldn't be able to weigh 2800 lbs if they increased hp. Are you just dense or?

Why...

What modifications are required that would add significant weight? The current factory engine is fine with different internals, so negligible weight gain there. A factory turbo or TVS blower,...

220-240 would be fine too. I'll buy the next gen if it makes that stock. It's subjective for sure but 300 hp is far from "just a numbers" game territory for me. More hp is more acceleration in all...

I find it amusing how many people think some of us are silly for wanting this car as a lightweight RWD platform to be at +300hp in a factory package. The vast FI aftermarket that probably grew up...

IIRC Cosworth did some research and basically the stock rods are sintered (i.e. not good for fatigue) and once you pass a fairly low torque output there is good chance the rod will fail with a...

Because an accepted steel treatment technology did not completely solve the problem in your application, it's reasonable to conclude that said treatment offers no benefit at all.
