Don't think so off the top of my head. The stabilisers are a friction pad that holds the clip/latch base and tighter fitting clip/latch. A sliding plate enables the pressure without forcing the issue.

I'd agree that you wouldn't see much power loss between transmissions but it's worth noting the gearing in the AT limits its acceleration compared to the MT. It's not severe but it's very notable.
