Everything was in the ready state according to my obd reader and theirs. They showed me there was no where in the system to enter an EO number. We tried everything.

The plugged their device into my OBD and the system returned a fail result. There was no serial number entry or entry about pulley size or CARB number. Its just straight from the OBD to the DMV.

I have 07 STI brembos on my 2013 and the rotors should work otherwise just use the rotor from a 2005 STI.

I've had them on my car since 2013 and have had no problems.

I'm running the stock pulley with E85 and it's pretty robust. If you have a damn good tuner then go for the smaller pulley. However remember the motto "More boost more problems"
