They are reversible, but it kind of creates the opposite problem. Your head is tilted back to get the necessary support. I ended up leaving them in the normal position and getting a neck pillow.

Hm.... I found the air coming from the vents was much warmer with the recirculate air ON (which was on from the dealer). My problem with the air from the vents improved when I turned it OFF.
