I think your tuner has it backwards... 700cc injectors should be no where near that for your power level. With that PI/DI injection ratio your DI injectors would be around 2ms at redline.

Correct I had a piston fail where the wrist pin attaches. I honestly kept pushing my stock motor to the breaking point. 540whp and 8300rpms on stock internals don't make for a long life.
