Might not be a permanent fix likely something to reduce the chances if it happening. Never had a belt snap on mine, but I baby mine and rarely drive it.

Do not get the skunk 2 radiator. If it's the one with the built in oil cooler, it will require a lot of cutting and custom work. I don't use an oil cooler on mine and I just take it out in the summer...

Extra belt just in case, other than that you should be fine. I would get an oil cooler and catch cans for the track. No idea about clutch recommendations.
