Colours gonna match fine, its called a blend. Quarter should have to be sectioned for damage like that, but sadly it will since no one knows how to repair things, just replace.

Doesnt need the quarter cut. it can be pulled pretty easily. like a 2-3 day job max but your shops gonna take a few weeks. Good luck, but for ease of mind its not big damage so dont feel too down...
