OE TOB with ACT SB7 SBSS kit

Does anyone know if the OE throwout bearing is the same size as the ACT RB004 TOB? And will would it be safe to use with the ACT SB7 kit?

Side note: I hate my ACT clutch for DD. Never buying this...

Using premium gas? Mine used to have trouble starting after I first bought it. Didnt know it needed 91/93. I guess I was also driving though Kansas during 0* weather.
