2nd gear limiter is a HUGE PITA for me as well, but from everything I've been told, 255 isn't worth it apparently.

Those are really high pressures, and would explain some of what you're experiencing. Dunno what your camber settings are at, but I run 28/29 F/R, and my pressures generally only increase by 1.5-2 PSI...

I'm sure I could deal with a stiffer suspension, but I drive a LOT (20k miles/year) including some pretty long road trips. I don't really think it's worth the stiffer ride for the 0.05% of the time...
