Did they flash the ECU last time? Mine is a '17 and that was part of the TSB for the '17s. Not sure about the later models.

It's possible that they may not have gotten all of the valve adjusted...

They flashed mine when they did the valve adjustment a couple of months ago. So far so good. Several thousand miles and a couple of autocrosses & no light.

Hopefully the flash alone will take...

The recall is much more in-depth, replacing all of the valve springs which requires more or less disassembling the top of the head. The TSB for CEL only requires measuring the valve shim clearances....
