i think he charges like $150 for a repair & repaint. The last 2 he did for me one was black and the other was a tricoat white and it was roughly around the $150 range.

You'd be surprised on what I can do w ok paint :). It's never too late to pep up the existing finish. And If u respect the bumper no biggie just put film on it at a later time.
