OBD2 for iPhone?
I am not sure if this should be in this area but here goes. I would like to use Dash command for iPhone but don't know of any decent, inexpensive OBD2 dongles. Anyone here know of any?

you'll need to use a bluetooth dongle. make sure you get a decent one or the refresh rate will be really slow.

Yea I have a 327 but my iPhone 5s won't pair with it... 😭

Do not get a Bluetooth dongle for your iPhone. Get an elm327 wifi adapter. You configure the settings of clk devices manually to 192.168.0.123 and subnet to 255.255.255.0 and set the dash command app setting to custom ip and 192.168.0.10 and tcp port to 35000 and you should connect. The car has to be on.

I've been using this with dash command on the iPad mini i mounted in my dash for like 4 months now using the method I described above. |
elm 327 wifi version. Bluetooth elm doesn't work with iphone unless you jail break it.
