Wish I lived closer to Cali. That's a great price for a track day!
|
We'll be raffling off a few prizes:
- 1L Project Mu G-Four - Coupon for $200 off any set of wheels - Coupon for $15% off any suspension we offer |
Can people just come out to hang out?
Wish I can join the runs, but my car is completely stock and I don't even have a helmet to participate. :mad0260: |

The Beginner group consists of some classroom time going over the basics, as well as a lead-follow session to familiarize you with the track layout. Buuuuut, if you just want to hang out, you're more than welcome to join. The track charges $10/person at the gate. You'd need a helmet to get a ride anyways.... if you get my drift |
Thanks for the response. That's great to know. Hopefully, I can rack up to 1k miles til by then. lol
If I want to buy a helmet, which one would you recommend for a beginner? I don't even know where to buy. Does your shop sells any? |

Damn helmets are expensive! I'm stock too but I am really itching to really "learn" my car. Also only been driving a stick for about 2 months now.

How much do you value your life? How much do you value your head? Some things you can compromise on. One of those things isn't safety equipment. Best to invest ONE TIME in a good helmet, and if you feel you want to keep driving then you will know what to do in about 5-7 years (max). I felt the same way when I first drove on the track in 1999. Looking back I don't regret spending good money on proper head protection. -alex |
