Thanks!

Anybody else notice this new feature? It's rad! Thanks Hachi! http://www.ft86club.com/forums/image...ost_thanks.gif

Other changes too. FT86Club is ready for growth.

I personally don't like it, just adds more junk to your username section, and makes the whole thing seem like some sort of weird competition. What is this obsession with user stats lol. I prefer to extend the effort to type a few words of personal thanks where called for and maybe toss in a little wit or creativity into the process.

I don't facebook, but I get the feeling this is getting closer? :iono:

Nothing wrong with improvement or trying new things though.

I think this whole idea comes from the social media "like, +, and retweet" phenomena

Because racepost?

I think this will just cause more people to repost threads so they can "try" to make the front page.

I'm giving the new feature a big :iono:

Absolutely.

Though, I do wish I could see WHAT posts I've been thanked in.

There ya go! The more I think about it, the less I liked the new features and metrics...if I wanted to be on Facebook I would log into Facebook...

Edit: I'll swing my support in favor of the new changes as soon as I get credit as being quoted for every post someone makes that has a quote from me in their signature :D

I'm not a big fan. Clutters up the screen. Just not really useful. Guess all the noobs can like each other's reposts.

I just like giving people thumbs-up. :iono:

Any way to turn off the quote feature where it keeps track of that? Very annoying.

I can't find it.

(Quoted instead of the '^'. Heh...)

Did find you can have which posts you were thanked for displayed, though.
