I got this idea from another car forum, so here is a tread for just random chat from us Michigan locals.:word:

On Saturday I seen a white FRS at Cantoro's Italian deli/bakery in Livonia was that anyones here?

I wonder if it's the same White FRS i've seen driving up and down I-275 in livonia every so often.


On a side note, what's everyones opinion on the BRZ foglights? I'm on the fence on whether to have them installed on my premium or not.

With today's nice weather I wanted to see how my wrx looked without a spoiler plus I figured its a good time to check for rust, also put one the gold wheels today.

My stepdad is a Subaru mechanic and he was suprised that the port installed fog lights seem poorly installed, they use vampire clips ect.

Saw a blue BRZ in downtown Grosse Pointe this weekend. Had Chicago plates :)

Useless!! With the factory halogen bulbs I can't even tell when they are on. Would be nice with HID's in there though.

I saw a Silver FR-S on 6 mile by Haggerty last Thursday.

Took my car out of storage on Friday, very excited to drive it again, unfortunately the rest of the weekend I was hauling stuff and people so I had to use the WRX the rest of the weekend. Hopefully after this little bit of snow we're supposed to get this week blows out I'll have it out full time.

Wow, looks great....almost making me regret my SWP.


I've only had one car I stored for the winter and I miss that feeling of getting it back on the road.

For those of you that store your car for the winter, if not in your garage, where do you store it? What are the costs like?

I had a co-worker with an extra garage space that she offered up to me.

Otherwise I'd have gone with a storage unit for $50 to $60 a month.
