What better way to spend a Saturday morning?

The TTCC is a firm believer in creating and promoting safe driving, driver awareness and preparation – for whatever driving-related scenario you may find yourself in. The Skidpan event, held annually at Zwartkops Raceway, assists drivers in mastering skid control and collision avoidance. On the Skidpan, the Toyota Advanced Driving (TAD) Instructors will take drivers through this comprehensive course and simulate emergency situations dealing with: – ABS braking – Cadence braking – Lane changes – Skid Control – Oversteer – Understeer

My MR2 was such a handfull on the skidpan. Waiting to see the difference with the 86

indeed awesome fun! was at last years event and spent the entire day going round and round.

sadly Mr Gooseman, I moved back to Durban and if only I had the means to get there...

lol! I guess us Durbanites gonna have to find a beeeg empty car park and make fire and let the fire department do the rest!

Awesome day yesterday! Yet again, Twin Cam Club put on a brilliant event and I counted about 12 86s. Represent!

Great day as always. Good turnout overall, and more so for 86's #goplay

Big thanks to everyone for supporting ttcc.

Wide variety of cars - 86, runx, corolla, yaris, auris and so on.

Hope everyone learned something. Was so nice to see the people improving, learning, gaining confidence and understanding the handling of their vehicle.

The female drivers (must say we had a lots of them) were all smiling as they were sliding around the pan. This was great to see.

Pity we couldn't have a full day - time was a bit limited.

Thanks to TAD for doing a great job.
