When i First got the car

Then after many miles...
The modifying begins with a subwoofer
i didn't want to much sub so i just got a 10" sub
Just enough sub to give you some feel but not make the car rattle

Rockford Fosgate 10" Punch Subwoofer

Rockford Fosgate Prime Amp
Attachment 58340

then finally got the car paid off
so more mods
first... coil overs, wheels and tires

BC Racing Coilovers
Attachment 58341
Enkei RPF1 18 x 9.5 +38 Offset wrapped in Hankook V12 Evo 245/35/18
Attachment 58343

After it was lowered I changed the catalytic converter and the cutback exhaust system
i changed it to the perrin front pipe with cat and the catback system perrin makes.
i am very satisfied with the sound change and easy installment
i would recommend this exhaust to any frs owners that are looking for a meaner exhaust sound but an exhaust that isn't too loud so you can enjoy your music or talking to passengers
If you stay at 45 mph the exhaust note is nearly the same loudness of the stock exhaust. very satisfied and passengers notice the mean tone but do not complain that it is too loud
I have had 2 people tell me it sounds like a Porsche
Attachment 58344

After the exhaust i attached a Raceseng Tow Hook
i cut the plastic tow hook cap with a step bit. if you want to make a hole in the cap i would recommend you go pick one up to make the whole smooth and easy to do...
Attachment 58345

Next is sway bars and a Perrin crank pulley
Both are already ordered

Great build so far. How's the ride of the BC coilovers? Thinking about getting some but read some reviews about rough & stiff ride. Leaning towards fortune coils.

b_massey02 11-26-2013 10:22 PM

Looking good man. :-) Didn't realize u paid it off already! Well done :-)

kylefrs 11-26-2013 11:39 PM

The bc racing coilovers are so rough but when you turn the knob for the ride on the top of the coilovers all the way to the softest setting it rides pretty good. Especially since I lowered mine so much.

kylefrs 11-26-2013 11:40 PM

Yea I paid it off in a year and a half. Now just doing little mods till the warranty runs out. Then turbo :)

Looking good! Any chance you could take a video or two inside/outside? I'm looking into the same 3in Perrin catback. Is it resonated? Thanks.

kylefrs 11-27-2013 08:42 AM

It's resonated and I am going to take a video of the exhaust outside sometime. I just created this profile and I need to catch up lol
