On a scale 1-10 how loud would you say this would be with the UEL headers?

with JUST a header - i'd say 6-7 maybe. I don't really have a basis to go off of. The only other exhaust I had was the GReddy EVO 3 and just that alone made more noise than this thing does down low in normal driving conditions (evo 3 got quiet up top but droned and was loud down low).

I was going to get the grip before I bought my mxp. I love this mxp, very subtle, no drones ... But I'll be installing the EL catted header in a couple of days , let see from there :)

Hopefully it'll be louder than it is now, but not too much

headers and my shit be loud

yes but the Invidia N1 is a straight through muffler design, the DT-S is not. Is not going to be nearly as loud as yours is.
