Anyone else drive their BRZ hard?

So I daily drive my 2016 BRZ and I pretty much beat the hell out of it. I try not to but I can’t help it. I’m constantly flooring it from red lights and I turn corners extremely hard. I’m just wondering if anyone else does the same and how long can I do this before expecting to run into problems? It’s got just under 40k miles and I got it at 36.5k miles. I just don’t want to kill it before 100k but I feel like the car wants to be driven hard if that makes any sense.

They will stand up well until you bounce it off a curb and start racking up the tickets.

So I’m safe to beat the shit out of my BRZ? I just feel like with the boxer being such an old design that I might run into engine failure. Plus I know that our engines do suffer from a little oil starvation and higher RPMs. I just don’t want to run into that issue at 100k miles I might cry. [emoji23]

I love it. Its everything I have ever wanted. I had driven zenki's before, and the changes are subtle. Glad I got the performance package. Best change is probably the android auto infotainment system. [emoji38].

Yep it's going to die in 3k miles. Your better off setting your car on fire, then buy yourself a nice Civic. Trust me when I say when the engine explodes it's going right for your nuts.

So save your nuts buy a Civic. They love being bounce off the rev limiter.

This boxer engine is a new design.
Oil starvation is an issue with modified cars and 13s with crappy sealant.
Yes the harder you drive any car the more likely it is you will break something.
It is the risk you take to hoon.
You want it last forever than tone down the driving.
Don’t drive like a **** on the streets anyway.

I still yield, and use my blinker. I get over in the passing lane when people are trying to turn onto the hwy. I just drive fast and aggressively. Like 0k-6.5k from 1st-3rd to get to the speed limit as quickly as possible. I feel like once I lower my car I won’t be able to send it as much though. But regardless I think I’m a fair and courteous driver.

I typically prefer to keep as much blood flowing to my brain as possible when driving. But to each their own I guess.
