Fortune Auto V5 500s

Out of curiosity and after some searching, does anyone know how low the Fortune Auto V5 500s go? I understand that they do not have the drop that BC Racing Extreme Lows can provide but I was curious what the maximum drop would be on the FA 500s. I never maxed out what I had on the BC Racing Extreme Low coilovers that I had but want to compare those with the FA 500s. Pictures would be outstanding for those that are on FA 500s as well as how much more of a drop you could go, if any at all.

Thanks!

Tagging some people that may have an idea on this.

I haven't tried as I didn't buy them to slam my car however I would think they can low enough to almost tuck the wheel if your into that kind of thing.

Ok, thanks. I'm not looking to slam my car very low. Slightly tucking the tire is good enough as that is what I had my BC coils set to.

Nope.

They don't go very low. If you want low, go with something else.

Source: my FA's wouldn't tuck tire when maxed out in the rear.

My previous wheels are VarrStoen ES6 18x9.5 +35 wrapped in 245/35s. At -3 camber in the rear, the look that I had with the BC coils was good enough for me so I am not looking for a fully tucked look. Even if the FA can get close, I'm okay with that since I can change the camber to around -1 to -2 and still not rub once my ADVAN TC IIIs arrive.

You can also get those rear tophats to drop anther 1-2 inches depending on what ones you get

I'm just going to use what the coilovers come with.

I am almost maxed out in the rear. That is only because I was getting the car level. These coilovers aren't for people that want a slammed car. Need to raise mine up a tad.

Edit: Those rear top hats don't actually lower the car any.

That height is perfect and pretty close to what I had with the BC coilovers. How has your experience been with the FA coilovers?

Also, I am waiting for my Modellista side skirts and rear splats to arrive so I'll have less clearance underneath. That is why these coilovers were appealing after speaking with the folks at Fortune Auto. They're working on their piston lift system for our platform which they expect to become available soon.

I've really enjoyed them. About time to send them in for rebuilding though.

Roughly how many miles do you have on them currently?

~30,XXX? Give or take a few thousand miles. I really need to start recording the mileage when Mods are done.
