Pictures should be all you need. I had a shop do it and they probably didn't even look at the pictures. Their price was too good to pass up since the wing was already on for paint.

Cut out templates, mount. Drill. Flip template, drill.

Prep trunk. Cover old holes with vinyl seals provided.

Cut gasket to fit outer edge of the wing. Fit to wing. Remove adhesive backing, line up studs to the two new holes and mount wing. Affix plastic nuts from other end. Done.

no shit that's cheap! how long did it take?

Yeah i know rite, but i didn't want to mess around with it cause it required drilling. And if i did it wrong the truck could start to rust where i messed up on. Its worth it if you have extra money around, and if you wanna be careful.

The drilling is really easy. The guys at the shop did it without the template even. Takes two seconds. I had a shop do it since I'd probably lay it crooked and it was already there. Install wasn't that expensive either, I think they charged me 1.5hrs of body labor at the paint-shop rate which is less than half the rate of the shop labor rate.

I didn't drill, I ripped off the screw on parts and it's just tape on. Very secure and solid -- I am going to wait for tomorrow where the sun will bake it for me a bit.

It's a pain to take off the OEM spoiler, that Boomerang of a spoiler is a real fighter.

Funny, I don't think the one I got came with extra gaskets -- it just was the wing that I fit on the car. I believe that I pulled everything out of the bag as well.

There were gaskets on the spoiler already, mine was painted white -- not sure if yours was painted.

Whew, that sounds about right then. I thought yours was painted so I was frantically digging through the box again for extra gaskets, but all in all, it was not there.

Here's how mine turned out:

Yeah looks like the grey gasket is already attached. Mine came with either black or grey since it was unpainted. Looks good!
