We were at the 1/8 track last night great weather managed a 8.31 with a 1.90 60ft and the next pass

that 1/8th mile is good for a high 12 second run, even with a 1.9 60" ...not bad.

Were gonna see a lot of stuff start breaking now that the strips are opening up.

Plans for upgrade?

yeah I will defiantly upgrade, but with a used stock one being $150 ill do that for now. I also wanna be sure why it broke if I over angled it I don't wanna destroy a new set

How much power you running?

266 on a dyno dynamics if u figure the 7% everyone seems to swear by its like 285

How much axle tramp was there?

none when I hit 2nd it gave up

Axle tramp is when you've wound up a leaf spring, our suspension style suffers from wheel hop.

similar effect, terminology when describing something can be important.

looks just like mine only diferance is my inner race is onle nicked in a few places and the outer plunge cup shows almost no wear and no damage...

what caused it? do you think it pulled out enough to snap?

I'm going with shock on this one.

Robert I know your car is pretty bare and probably makes a lot of sounds like any fast track car should...........but does the nicked area you speak of causing any clunking when you first engage a gear while turning?
