Valenti Cracked
So i noticed my driver's side Valenti tail light cracked, and not sure why.. anyone have any guesses? I did not over torque...barely more than hand tight. it's impossible to see it when the trunk is closed, but when it's open it bugged me. Dont think anyone hit me, if they had my trunk would be screwed up too not to mention bumper. Ended up buying the OEM 2017 tails from someone who switched to valentis. Only thing i did was added ninja gasket and sealant to keep crap from getting into them.

Where in california do you live? How long have you had the lights? My best guess is that the plastic responded poorly to thermal cycles and cracked. I can see where my aftermarket headlights rub paint away due to thermal cycling and there might be similar spots on the back of the car too, but it's dark and cold now so I'm not going outside right now

Alameda, about as mild as it gets. Theres not really a winter season here. I visit my mom in the north bay though which can get into mid to upper 20s in the winter on the coldest nights I guess...
