FYI for some people that are interested. 2019 will offer a TRD edition 86. Seems like a send off to me or model end. This was released a few days ago to dealers as a preliminary ordering guide.

Absolutely agree. I believe this is where GRMN comes into play now. As soon as I receive any info on how the branding will be handled here in Canada I will pass on the news.

That's going to cost 34K. The only things worth a dmn are the brakes and suspension, the rest is the usual useless crap. Ooooh, shiny!

If they allow buyers to option out those individual parts on the base car that would be great.

If I could've just gotten the BRZ PP stuff on my 86 I'd be set. I bet those Sachs dampers would react really nicely to a quality lowering spring, and I can never say no to Brembos.

I don't really want the rest of the fluff, gimme sachs and gimme brembos.

The BRZ Ts is $43.4k CAD after taxes and fees so this is probably going to be around the same price.
