It's hard to tell during press days because almost everyone is a journalist or works in the automotive industry and is in 'work mode'. It'd probably be more telling to judge what kind of buzz this car generates on public days, which I didn't attend. I know I was excited as hell to see it in person though. :happyanim:

As far as the press goes though, the car was pretty swamped the first day (day of its reveal). Same goes for the Toyota 86. Both cars were easily the most popular and photographed of their respective manufacturer's displays.

I bet these cars are being swamped this week during the public show dates. It's been a while since such pure sports coupes have come out of Japan.

From what I heard it has been mostly an estimation and nothing official. I'm just going to be patient till they announce the official price.
