FRS front plate mount
 
I found there was info for the BRZ but no quick guide for the FRS. So I took some pics of where to drill the front bumper filler plate. I used the Private Label kit, a lot more affordable than the Perrin, and nicely done

Will that plastic red plug hold the weight of the plate and mount?

No, the black piece is a threaded rod mounted into the tow point on the frame.
